NVIDIA 210 and Core 2 Duo E6600 Overclock

Yes, I know this is crappy hardware. However, I would like to learn and I'm not doing this on the school laptop. My goal is to squeeze as much performance as possible from my Gateway E-4610D. Where do I start? Thank you in advance.

Edit: Upgrades I have done are add a 119 GB SSD and 2 sticks of 2 GB DDR2 RAM.
